Associate Director | Architecting High-Impact Teams in Emerging Tech
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join an exciting company and take ownership of the full product lifecycle, driving innovation and delivering customer‑centric SaaS solutions for a global client base.
Contract: 12 Month Contract
Location: Dublin - Remote
This role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically to the direction of our product suite, guiding vision, defining market requirements, collaborating cross‑functionally, and ensuring successful delivery in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will bring strong product leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs to help shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to day‑to‑day tactical activities.
Define market requirements for current and future products through research, customer visits, and partner engagement.
Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Work closely with engineering managers and development teams to prioritise and deliver the product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Contribute to and support go‑to‑market plans, collaborating with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure effective execution.
Research and analyse emerging technologies to identify opportunities that enhance product performance and value.
Promote innovation within cross‑functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage strategic partnerships essential to the success of the product.
Travel occasionally for domestic and international business needs.
Experience
BSc in Computer Science or a related technical/engineering discipline (or equivalent).
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Product Manager.
Proven success managing SaaS products and technologies (essential).
Experience with revenue‑generating, customer‑facing products (essential).
Experience with enterprise software is advantageous.
Strong experience in user story writing and feature decomposition.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organisational, time management, and project leadership capabilities.

Strong communicator capable of working effectively across geographically distributed teams.

Able to support marketing communications with product positioning, value messaging, and target customer insights.
Acts as an internal and external product evangelist, including collaboration with sales teams and key customers.
Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives to completion.
