* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.

* Maintain detailed site records, monitor project timelines, quality control, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role with strong understanding of traditional blockwork construction techniques.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction health & safety legislation.

Strong organisational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in construction management tools and reporting systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A full clean driving licence is required.
