The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from inception to completion.
* Conduct in-depth project reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
* Maintain compliance with building and safety regulations by overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions.
* Cordinate construction workers and subcontractors, selecting tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
* Evaluate work progress on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to contractual performance standards.
