Key Responsibilities
* Serve customers at the trade counter in a professional and friendly manner
* Advise customers on power tools, hardware, machinery and DIY products
* Process sales, including cash and card transactions
* Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked trade counter
* Assist with stock control, deliveries and goods-in
* Answer phone and email enquiries
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Requirements
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
* Reliable, proactive and able to work well in a team
* Willingness to learn about tools, hardware and machinery (full training provided)
* Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
* Previous retail, trade counter or sales experience an advantage but not essential
