* Deliver regular site inductions focusing on health and safety protocols.
* Manage the Health & Wellbeing Cabin as a confidential space for support.
* Conduct routine health surveillance in line with guidelines.
* Provide empathetic support for mental health concerns.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and disseminating health communications across platforms.
* Liaising with management to support return-to-work plans.
* Maintaining accurate health records in compliance with GDPR standards.
* Facilitating regular debriefs and producing a monthly wellbeing report.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong background in occupational health.
A degree in Nursing or a related field is essential, along with experience in health promotion and disease prevention.
