The Role:
The Duty Manager – Food & Beverage will oversee the daily operations of our client's Food & Beverage department. Reporting directly to senior management, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of top-tier dining experiences while leading and inspiring a dedicated team of hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Food & Beverage operations to ensure consistent delivery of luxury standards.
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to excel in customer service and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to create memorable guest experiences.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage stock control, ordering, and financial budgets to optimize profitability.
* Act as a key point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
About You:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage management. A proven track record of leading and developing successful teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Passionate about delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
