A Business Development Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple branches, focusing on delivering exceptional veterinary services and creating positive client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and support staff in delivering high-quality care and excellent client service.
* Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff to ensure they are motivated and performing well.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners to enhance our operational efficiency and competitiveness.
* Play a key role in expanding the business, embedding our culture and consistency across all locations.
* Provide guidance and support to both clinical and non-clinical staff, including regular check-ins to address staffing issues, client feedback, and service standards.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen and grow the business.
About You:
* You have a good understanding of the operational and commercial aspects of a veterinary setting, although experience in the sector is not essential.
* You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can build trust and credibility at all levels.
