Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Quality & Technical Manager, the successful candidate will support the implementation and ongoing management of quality systems (HACCP, BRC, customer specifications) while leading internal audits, quality KPIs, and product investigations.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain HACCP, SOPs, and the sites Food Safety Management System.
Conduct internal audits and work cross-functionally to close out findings.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support project delivery.
Analyse production KPIs and assist in resolving quality issues on-site.
Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints.
Requirements: Degree in Food Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in a QA/QC role within food manufacturing.
In-depth understanding of HACCP, BRC, and food legislation.
