Due to continued expansion, ONeill Foley is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Qualified Financial Adviser to join its Financial Services team. Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Investments and Life Insurance/Protection products. This role involves working with our existing clients, undertaking financial planning reviews, and identifying potential sales opportunities as a result of a needs-based analysis. The position requires QFA qualification and ideally CFP qualification. The suitable candidate must be experienced in providing clear and understandable financial advice and be comfortable working on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with high-net-worth clients, with proven sales success in financial planning or related field, preferably within a brokerage or financial institution. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients' financial situation and goals. Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs, including Retirement Planning, Investment Management, Tax Strategies, and Estate Planning. Provide ongoing financial advice and support to clients, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing circumstances and goals. Educate clients on financial matters, including market trends, investment options, and risk management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Stay up to date with industry regulations, market developments, and best practices. Collaborate with other financial professionals within the firm to deliver integrated financial solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations to individuals and groups. Conduct meetings online and in person. Qualifications/Skills: QFA designation required. CFP, RPA or other financial designations are a distinct advantage. Maintain up to date Continuous Professional Development (CPD) records. Proficiency with BIS System or similar and Microsoft Office applications. Strong understanding of Investment products, markets and the associated risk/return principles. Strong understanding of Pension products, their technical specifications, and associated tax regulations. This role is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime, requiring you to consistently understand and adhere to the established standards, codes, and regulations. Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve business targets in a performance-driven environment. Ability to work as part of a team and cross functionally. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Hold a full clean driving licence.
