The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical, leadership, and organizational skills. You must be able to motivate and inspire others while demonstrating strong communication and people skills.
Role Responsibilities
* Day-to-day supervision of care staff ensuring that they are providing person-centred care.
* Care planning: assessing individual needs; developing personalized plans in consultation with families/residents as appropriate.
* Coordinating activities for residents which promotes their well-being and independence.
