Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance to colleagues, anticipate process and capacity challenges, and develop effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems, proactively identify and address quality issues, and prevent potential disruptions.
Document and present research, recommendations, and complex information clearly to internal and external audiences.
Support product compliance and safety (ISO *****, IEC *****, REACH, ROHS, CE, etc.) and work with labs to assess testing requirements.
Manage change across Natus Neuro's product lines, including drafting and coordinating Engineering Change Orders.
Support design and testing of new products through Design for Manufacturing feedback.
Create and update technical drawings (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks).
Understand and operate electronics, PCs, and operating systems; use MS Office and MS Project effectively.
Read schematics and other electrical/electronic engineering documentation.
Experience Required
5+ years of experience in manufacturing sustaining roles, with cross-disciplinary knowledge of mechanical and test engineering.
Proven ability to handle complex assignments, manage larger projects, and provide technical guidance to peers.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Clear project management experience ensuring milestones are met.
Ability to interpret new and revised standards as they apply to products.
Experience applying statistical analysis to engineering data.
