Role Overview
* Joining our energetic team to run our kitchen & prep all our sandwich ingredients from sauces to preparing veg and marinating and cooking meats.
* As Little Geno's Chef, it will be your job to provide all the prep for the sandwich making team, to bake off our pastries and breads in the morning and to cook and prep our sandwich ingredients throughout the day.
* Making sure we consistently achieve our best and highest standards, in cleanliness, organisation and food hygiene and produce the best sandwiches around with the best quality ingredients.
Requirements
* 3 years chef experience in restaurant kitchens.
* Team Player and ability to thrive under pressure.
* Be able to work independently and organise your prep list.
* Hard working, friendly and passionate about your career.
* Ordering, stock and time management skills.
