We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team to support some of the most critical customers. Energetic, outgoing and endlessly passionate about technology, the Solution Architect is the driving force that blends deep technical expertise with a relentless commitment to customer success. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, innovation, and collaboration and is central to our work.As a Solution Architect, you’ll span a wide spectrum of responsibilities: mastering Sitecore products, guiding customers and partners, shaping technical strategy, and contributing to the Sitecore community. This is a highly visible, customer-facing position within our Professional Services team where you’ll transform complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.What You’ll DoAnalyse and design software solutions based on Sitecore’s software products. Present the company, its capabilities and technology in a highly professional and engaging way that will help customers increase their business impact.Consult with customers and partners on the best ways to implement Sitecore’s software products for rapid return on investment. Maintain a working environment with customers and partners that has a clear technological vision and future-oriented approach.Help customers meet their technology and business requirements. This includes leading workshops, delivering compelling recommendations, and presenting to audiences up to C-Level.Understand, quantify and verify the business needs of customers and their specific use cases, potentially modelling solutions / POVs.Use customer feedback and insights to improve product materials, technical best practices, and technical materials while providing feedback to Product Management teams.Produce first-class documentation specific to the engagement.What You Need to SucceedBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.Extensive consulting experience with strong technical foundations and solid business/functional acumen.Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written. Proactive with a solution-minded approach and strong analytical and synthetic skills.5+ years of experience in systems implementation and integration, with a focus on Web Content Management, CDP, or DAM.Deep knowledge of web design languages (HTML/JS/CSS) and web technologies; experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data transformation; direct coding in JavaScript is a plus.Good understanding of the Microsoft .NET technology stack.Willingness to travel based on project needs and customer requests.Additional Skills That Could Set You ApartStructured Software Development Life Cycle experience is an advantage.Experience with Sitecore products is a strong plus.Results-oriented and focused on delivering the right quality.Self-motivated with a natural drive to learn and tackle new challenges.Why Sitecore?We offer a vibrant work culture, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to work on products that shape digital experiences globally.
