Senior Manager Role Summary
Drive strategic growth and impact across In-Home Channels, leveraging collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft a winning strategy. This high-visibility role requires a passionate channel developer with strong partnership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the In-Home channels strategy, defining sub-channel priorities, identifying growth drivers, and outlining enablers to win.
* Translate strategy into action by creating robust In-Home channel plans and initiatives that align with broader commercial goals.
* Lead the rollout of In-Home initiatives, equipping market sales leads and EU HD teams with toolkits and guidance for consistent, high-impact execution.
* Monitor quarterly performance across the region, using insights to refine plans and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate end-to-end with EU HD customer teams, International Customer teams, E-Com, and Portfolio teams to ensure alignment and integration across all touchpoints.
* Champion channel capability building across the region, helping to elevate strategic thinking and executional excellence of the broader category team.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
* 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles
* Proven ability to partner effectively with both local markets and European functions
* Demonstrated project management and strategic planning experience with a track record of delivering results
* Proficiency in market sales reporting tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or Kantar
