TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Donegal.
Location: Ballyshannon Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35hour working week Contract: Temporary 2 month initial contract Pay-rate: €17.04 €26.52 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Available for an immediate start Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the HR / Finance / Payroll team as required -Process staff payroll information including timesheets, salary adjustments, and leave records - Maintain accurate and confidential staff records and databases - Liaise with internal departments to resolve payroll queries promptly - Support the preparation of payroll reports and documentation - Respond to email and telephone queries professionally and efficiently - General clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management Skills and Qualifications: - Previous administrative experience in a payroll, HR, or finance setting - Familiarity with payroll procedures and basic understanding of salary calculations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, ideally with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting - Friendly and professional manner with a strong team ethic.
