Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the role of the Customer Liaison Co-ordinator will be part of the Sales team based in Dublin. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Customer Liaison Coordinator who wants to work on exciting residential projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead point of contact with the Purchaser once the Property is ready to commence snagging.
- To manage the snag process and guide the Purchaser through initial snag to snag sign off.
- Working in collaboration with Construction and Project Managers to achieve targets.
- Supporting the Purchasers on any queries on the process of closing the sale.
- Providing Homeowners with information and guidance before move in.
- Managing any aftersales issues that are reported in the Defects Liability Period.
- Triage of issues reported and liaising with Contractors and relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Recording of relevant issues on the defects management system and tracking progress to a satisfactory resolution.
- Attend internal meetings and meetings with Contractors and Solicitors.
- Reporting on aftersales issues monthly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the Property Industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and trouble shoot essential.
- Ability to manage own workload and time.
- Be a team Player.
- Highly organized.
- Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
