About the Role
As a Sales & Business Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your skills in sales, account management, and customer service. This role provides a pathway to progress into a Senior Account Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify and engage with potential new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Support Account Managers in preparing proposals, pricing, and customer communications.
Learn to qualify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Participate in marketing campaigns and follow up on leads.
Work closely with experienced sales professionals who will mentor and guide your development.
