Contracts Manager
The Construction Specialist Recruitment (CSR) group are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to lead projects in Ireland's leading building contractors.
This company has achieved excellence across multiple sectors within the construction industry, including residential, commercial, education, and more.
They require a talented individual with a keen eye for detail and strong commercial acumen.

Candidate Requirements:
* 10+ years post-qualification experience in General Contracting or Builder/Developer experience
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Degree/HIGHER DIPLOMA qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
* Background in large-scale, high-density residential or commercial construction in complex inner-city sites
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* Team player and excellent communicator
The Role:
Providing specialist technical leadership on projects
Planning resource allocation and monitoring against budgets
Implementation of best practices in project controls, performance management, and project reporting
Monitoring sub-contractor performance and determining labor requirements
