Duties:
* Tender Process Management
* Manage the tender process from receipt to submission, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external teams.
* Prepare and evaluate quotations from supply chain members, guaranteeing project specifications are met.
* Review and arrange commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings, fostering effective communication.
* Monitor supply chain performance quarterly and prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, and collaborate with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
* A construction-related degree is essential.
* At least 7 years of experience working as an estimator for a main building contractor or similar.
* Familiarity with the local market in Ireland is highly preferred.
