This role focuses on solution design, configuration, and implementation across service and asset management processes.ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to capture service and operational requirementsDesign and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions aligned to SAP best practicesDeliver end-to-end service management functionality including planning, scheduling, execution, and asset-related processesTake ownership of solution design and support implementation activitiesWork closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful deliveryProduce core delivery documentation such as functional designs, test scenarios, and training materialsSupport the use of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) where requiredApply SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to enable effective maintenance operationsContribute to knowledge sharing and team capability buildingRequired Experience7+ years' hands-on experience delivering SAP Service Management solutionsProven S/4HANA implementation experience within the Utilities sectorStrong understanding of Service Management, SAP PM, and integration with modules such as SD and MMExperience working in a lead or senior functional roleConfident stakeholder engagement skillsDesirableSAP certifications in Utilities or related areasExperience with EAM and full asset lifecycle management in S/4HANAExposure to SAP FSM in asset-intensive environments
