This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and high‑profile data centre projects worldwide.As a Senior Electrical Critical Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering state‑of‑the‑art data centres for global clients. You will collaborate with industry‑leading professionals to develop innovative, energy‑efficient solutions in one of the fastest‑growing sectors in engineering.Key responsibilities for the role:Lead the design and development of electrical infrastructure for mission‑critical data centre projectsEnsure resilience, redundancy, and efficiency in electrical systems, including HV, LV, UPS, and generatorsWork closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to coordinate designs across multiple disciplines. Manage client relationships and provide expert technical guidance throughout project lifecyclesConduct site visits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standardsMentor and support junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing cultureTo be considered for this role, you should have:A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Extensive industrial design experience, ideally within the data centre, mission‑critical, or power systems sector. Strong technical knowledge of power distribution, backup systems, and electrical infrastructureExcellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutionsStrong communication and leadership skills – able to work with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectivelyFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IEC, IEEE, and local codesThis role comes with an excellent base salary, along with impressive company benefits such as pension and healthcare cover, along with a yearly bonus scheme.
