As part of the ERC PatentsInHumans project, we are looking for a skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct empirical research on the interface of health innovation, bioethics, and patent law. The successful candidate will have excellent research skills and experience in using empirical methods and analysis, such as semi-structured interviews and/or focus groups.

Responsibilities include conducting expert interviews to identify institutional influences that impact how decision-making actors engage with potential bioethical issues, as well as assisting with focus groups with technology users to deepen our understanding of potential bioethical issues at stake.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a deeper understanding of the bioethical implications of patents over health technologies and will work closely with the Principal Investigator to achieve project goals.
