Job Title: Sales Director for Dublin Hotel Market
As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in our hotel's sales department. This position involves developing and executing innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue, as well as managing relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with local companies
2. Negotiating rate agreements on a local level only, RFPs are managed at group level
3. Seeking out and attracting corporate group business
4. Building and managing relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
5. Building and managing relationships with key Tour Operators
6. Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the properties
7. Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive sales at the property
Requirements:
- Experience in the Dublin hotel market at a senior level
- Strong sales focus and ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies
