Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition In conjunction with the Business Development Manager actively identify and research potential contracts and opportunities across both public and private sectors Contract Management Support negotiation and management of a diverse portfolio of contracts Administration Ongoing maintenance and administration to ensure contract information (including renewals) is accurate and actioned ensuring colleagues are updated on amendments. Generate presentations and other documentation to highest standard Market Insight Understand the Irish out-of-home (OOH) advertising landscape, our clients and potential partners and apply this knowledge to drive business growth Analytical Approach Commercially astute with an analytical, data-driven approach to support business development Collaboration across teams Working with other colleagues across teams to ensure BMO Irelands contracts are delivered in full is critical. Resilient, proactive, and hands-on approach with a team ethos. Requirements: Excellent communication skills verbal and written Proactive with a results-driven mindset Full driving licence is essential (travel within Ireland is key requirement for role; flexibility to travel is essential to fulfil role). Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office plus Excel/Power BI for data reporting and ability to learn new systems quickly Exposure to contract negotiation and relationship development an advantage Comfortable working to and with growth targets and understanding of KPIs/ data Team player attitude with the ability to work independently Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field desirable.
