We’re looking for an exceptionally organized Recruitment Admin Support professional to join our growing recruitment team. This is not a passive admin role – it’s a fast‑paced, detail‑heavy position supporting senior headhunters working across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps searches moving: scheduling interviews, managing trackers, posting roles, updating CRMs, sourcing for talent, and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.

Base pay range
$25,000.00/yr - $36,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
* Proof candidate CVs (resumes) and LinkedIn profiles to client‑ready standard
* Manage candidate trackers, diary management, interview schedules, and client submissions
* Liaise with candidates to confirm availability and collect missing information
* Maintain data accuracy across CRM and shared documents
* Post jobs, create role briefs, and update internal systems daily
* Support with market research, LinkedIn projects, Social Media, and occasional project work
You’ll Succeed If You Are:
* A detail‑obsessed organizer with strong written English
* Tech‑savvy (comfortable in Excel, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM systems)
* Able to juggle multiple tasks without missing deadlines
* Naturally proactive – you spot gaps and fix them before being asked
* Used to supporting senior professionals or recruiters in a high‑pressure environment
