This Territory Sales Manager is covering the Leinster area of Ireland, in and around Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny and Laois. Ideally you will be based in these areas.
This position is ideal for someone with previous territory sales management experience looking for a new challenge.

In this role you will…
* Deliver sales and distribution targets across independent retail, wholesale, and trade sectors.
* Manage gross margin through effective control of product mix, pricing, and discounting.
* Drive key sales initiatives, including Pre‑Season and Drive to Thrive campaigns.
* Collaborate with National Account Managers to support shared customer goals.
* Execute contact strategies for Buying Groups and Independent Retailers.
* Build strong internal relationships across Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams.
* Use business data to analyse territory performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Plan and record customer visits using Salesforce.com, ensuring call targets and data accuracy.
* Provide category insights to customers using market data to boost sales.
* Be available for inductions, meetings, and events that may require overnight stays.
The skills and experience we are ideally looking for…
* Proven negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset.
* Category knowledge and effective merchandising capabilities.
* A results‑driven, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach.
* Passion for sales and a determination to exceed targets.
* Experience in B2B field sales preferred.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Knowledge of the DIY & Trade sector is a plus, but not essential.
