Overview
We are hiring! Cirect Ireland and UK are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst to support the delivery of Circet DCS’s multi-phase transformation programme. Working closely with the Programme Director, this role will play a critical part in translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements, supporting operational readiness, and ensuring systems and processes are aligned to programme milestones. The ideal candidate will bring experience in data centres, infrastructure or technology environments, a deep understanding of business analysis fundamentals, and the ability to operate confidently across both field operations and central functions.
Responsibilities
* Map as-is and to-be business processes across operational, technical, and support functions
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation in systems and workflows
* Document business requirements that support programme sprint goals and operational objectives
* Work with delivery leads to translate high-level programme direction into clear, prioritised sprint-level deliverables
* Track dependencies, surface delivery risks, and support readiness assessments ahead of each system or platform deployment
* Coordinate the gathering and consolidation of feedback from field teams and end users
* Support platform implementation efforts by ensuring business needs are accurately reflected in solution design
* Liaise between operational stakeholders and technical teams to confirm alignment on scope, functionality, and usability
* Participate in UAT preparation and execution to validate user readiness and role-based functionality
* Contribute to KPI tracking by providing data, commentary, and insights on process performance
* Assist in the creation of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and progress tracking tools for internal stakeholders
* Support quarterly retrospectives with structured data capture and analysis
* Engage with regional leads, Operational managers, and central support teams to gather business inputs and validate solution alignment
* Support the onboarding and enablement of operational roles through process documentation and functional guides
* Ensure training assets and internal communications are informed by accurate, field-level understanding of workflows
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
* Proven experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or programme delivery support, ideally within data centres but infrastructure or tech as minimum
* Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methods (e.g. process mapping, gap analysis, requirements traceability)
* Experience supporting platform implementations (e.g. CRM, PSA, ESG reporting tools, or similar enterprise systems)
* Ability to operate confidently in hybrid Agile environments and work alongside both business and technical stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and delivery support
* Comfortable working across jurisdictions and with geographically distributed teams
