Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in Ireland and the UK. Our Dublin Office is currently looking to recruit a full time Auction Support Administrator to work in a fast-paced office and customer facing environment.Working under the Office Supervisor the successful applicant will perform a variety of general administrative duties to support the completion of the different department's goals and objectives in a professional manner.The role will involve but not be limited to:Reception dutiesProviding administrative support to the sales teamsDealing with customers by phone, email and face to face providing excellent customer serviceCash handlingProcessing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teamsBe involved in call campaigns, contacting customers to increase attendance for special sales programmes.Rostrum Clerk duties where required.Other general Auction Support administrationTo be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:Minimum of 2 years administration experience.Excellent customer care skills.Good level of IT literacyExcellent interpersonal skillsCash handling experienceHard working and motivatedAbility to work to tight deadlinesHours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm (one hour for lunch)At Wilsons Auctions, we embrace diversity and equal opportunity.
