Our multinational clients operate in various locations across Ireland and require someone who can provide accurate quotes, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with a wider team on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a high level of stock accuracy for fast-moving items.
* Providing timely and precise quotes to customers.
* Efficiently resolving day-to-day customer inquiries.
* Sourcing parts from local suppliers and managing supplier relationships.
* Managing customer orders from initial contact through to delivery.
* Crafting and maintaining efficient management reports.
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal prices.
* Developing and implementing continuous improvement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Profound knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables.
* Strong sales and customer relationship development skills.
* Possess excellent negotiating and purchasing abilities.
* Methodical and well-organized, with strong knowledge of management systems.
* Current driving license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
