This role leads our national sales strategy across all locations, driving occupancy, revenue, and client retention while managing and inspiring our sales teams. Based in Dublin, you will be part of our Leadership Team and play a key role in Glandore's continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business growth targetsLead, coach, and motivate Sales Managers and Executives across multiple sitesDrive lead generation, deal conversion, and occupancy growth through hands-on selling and team leadershipManage key commercial relationships with brokers, agents, IDA/Invest NI, and corporate partnersNegotiate new deals, renewals, and expansions with a focus on long-term client retentionOversee pricing, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales KPIsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver integrated commercial successRepresent Glandore at member events, industry functions, and client meetingsReport regularly on sales performance to the Leadership Team and DirectorsRecruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales professionalsWhat We're Looking For8+ years' B2B sales management, with 5+ in a leadership roleProven track record delivering results in serviced offices, coworking, real estate, or hospitalityExperience leading national, multi-site sales teamsStrong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent communicator and negotiator with strong networking abilityStrategic thinker with a hands-on, results-focused approachHigh proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft OfficeOrganised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise and delegate effectivelyFlexibility to travel between sites and attend events as neededDesirableKnowledge of Irish and Northern Irish commercial/flexible office marketsEstablished broker and corporate client networkExperience supporting FDI companies entering the Irish marketEducation or background in communications, marketing, or businessBenefitsPrestigious Dublin city-centre workplace20 days annual leave, 2 personal days, and 3 company days per annumComplimentary wellness programme (classes, seminars, CSR activities)Staff discounts at Suesey Street Restaurant – 20%Partner discounts (incl.
