Job Title: General Administrator Duties: Day-to-day office duties: dealing with correspondence, post, typing, photocopying, filing. Prioritizing tasks, dealing with queries, and keeping the manager informed of progress and activities. Assist in drafting and issuing letters, memos, and general information to internal customers, clients, and the public. Populate, maintain, and update local databases and records. Perform general office duties as required. Responsibilities: Understand how other departments and functions must collaborate to achieve optimal service levels. Use knowledge of the organisation's structure and traditions to help achieve results. Act in a manner consistent with the organisation's values and vision. Treat all information and service users with confidentiality and discretion. Required/Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification. At least 6 months experience in a similar role. Excellent MS Office skills, including Word and Excel. Excellent keyboard skills. Planning and organisational skills.
