**Sales and Marketing Executive Opportunity**
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and marketing to join our client's growing team in Ennis, Co Clare.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in bridging sales, engineering, customers, and suppliers—driving smooth operations and enhancing strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the company's CRM system (ideally Salesforce) with up-to-date customer and sales data.
* Support the preparation of quotes, manage enquiry screening, and coordinate follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales funnel.
* Generate insightful sales reports and analyse trends to inform decision-making.
* Assist in developing and tracking sales strategies and goals, making recommendations for improvement.
* Oversee marketing and sales materials—maintaining updated presentations, brochures, and sales templates.
* Manage social media presence and content, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
* Prepare and monitor sales and marketing budgets.
* Support processing of sales orders in line with internal procedures.
* Liaise with suppliers to stay up to date on product developments and share updates internally.
Requirements
* A relevant third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hands-on sales and digital marketing role.
* CRM experience—ideally Salesforce—with the ability to maintain detailed, accurate records.
* A self-starter who thrives under pressure and works well independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Willingness to learn and understand the Lift/Construction Industry (full training provided).
