The team comes from successful exits, and now they're building a high-impact AI platform that connects directly to the tools enterprises already use: Zoom, HubSpot, Intercom, Gong, and more. The product helps leadership teams surface real insights from their organisation - by analysing conversations (video, voice, chat) across their business and turning them into clear, actionable intelligence. The Role As Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll lead the user-facing experience for this enterprise-grade product. You'll work side-by-side with the CTO and design, backend and AI teams. You won't just build what's defined for you - you'll define how the frontend works, how it scales, how it delights. What You'll Be Doing Building and scaling the frontend using TypeScript, React and Designing the component architecture, UI frameworks and design standards Collaborating with design, backend and AI teams to deliver polished, high-impact features Turning complex, multi-modal data (video/voice/chat) into intuitive and engaging interfaces Raising the bar for frontend performance, reliability and UX quality What They're Looking For Strong experience with modern frontend engineering (TS, React, Proven track record in building high-quality frontends-ideally in environments with high standards Comfortable in environments where you take ownership and drive the technical vision Experience in product-first, high-growth companies (or from top-tier tech companies) A mindset of craftsmanship: you care about the details, the UX, and the architecture Nice to have: experience in design systems, some backend exposure, interest in AI/LLM-driven products.
