Production Leadership Role
The Production Manager oversees a team of over 50 Production Floor Staff and several Team Leaders.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and controlling production to ensure product is manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standard.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute agreed production targets for product lines daily, weekly, and in accordance with company KPIs.
* Support Daily PIT meetings with Team Leads and Team members to ensure production targets are achieved.
* Create recovery plans where output targets have not been met.
* Investigate and eliminate repeat issues.
A strong proficiency in Excel, high attention to detail, and lean manufacturing experience are essential qualities for this role.
