Digital Media Executive

We are an Irish distributor, representing many leading global brands in the home electronics and computer sectors.

We are on the lookout for a super star "all-rounder" Content Creator – Digital Media Manager & Strategist to join our marketing team and take our social & digital communications to the next level.

We provide a full suite of marketing services for many well-known global brands and are keen to meet an ambitious, creative Digital Media Professional searching for an opportunity to play a key role as we drive dramatic growth for Global Electronics brands in Ireland across social and other digital channels.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to flex your creative skills and lead on creating local Irish content for social media - build own & deliver some of our biggest brand campaigns in Ireland

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasises ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to continually improve oneself / the team / the organisation. They love to problem solve, get hands-on and to experiment.

You Will:

Be responsible for developing and managing digital media strategies on several different accounts and platforms for individual brands - plan and implement social media and digital communication campaigns and strategies across various platforms.

Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts. Spearhead content creation, video, and graphic design - independent design skills for content creation will be required.

Deliver regular reporting and analysis, setting KPIs and driving results for each brand.

Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews while managing budgets and spend for each brand.

Identify all the approachable and hottest social and community resources & trends relevant to our target audiences.

Collaborate with the internal marketing & sales teams and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient running of campaigns.

Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels, platforms and websites while ensuring alignment with the broader marketing, campaigns and promotional plans.

Ensure we're capitalising on social listening insights, regularly sharing with individual brand managers, the team and wider business.

Use your platform knowledge and creative skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing social content using the latest affordances on each channel.

Be engaging, funny, responsive and of the moment to create viral and shareable moments. Plan & organise events & opportunities for exciting content.

Bring all our product offering to life creatively.

Media planning, copywriting, content management (texts, imagery, videos) and tracking activity.

Working closely with & managing Influencers and Brand Ambassadors from sports personalities to TV presenters to create content & manage promotional events for the brands.

Provide training and support on all aspects of digital & social to the sales team & the greater company

The successful Digital Media Manager will have:

At least three years' experience in social specific roles where you've been successfully delivering integrated digital campaigns, is essential.

You'll be seasoned in social management and listening tools, as well as an understanding of tools such as Google Analytics and how they effectively work together.

Management of Google Ad campaigns & budget forecasting.

You are both highly creative and meticulously analytical – you know which content works on each channel.

A confident and creative copywriter, you'll be adept at crafting posts that develop the brand and its personality, as well as able to transform even the driest of statistics into something fascinating.

Experience and proven ability of photo-editing & imagery creation using adobe creative suite.

Experience building and delivering online programs with tangible results.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong content marketer.

Attention to detail with strict adherence to brand guidelines (whilst also being creative).

Proven ability to prioritise and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks.

Innovative, fun and passionate.

NB: Please Note - due to the nature of our business, this role is fully office based Monday to Friday. There is no provision for WFH or hybrid working.

Salary Negotiable - Depending on experience
