Transformation Leader Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a broader transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing and managing project budgets and plans, ensuring delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Solution Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis, Testing, and Business Readiness
* Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, charters, plans, risks, and resource requirements
* Ensure delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality metrics
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, ideally in large-scale transformation initiatives
* Proven track record in legacy system migration within a financial services environment
* Strong experience across the full project lifecycle and governance models
* Background in general insurance, life assurance, or financial services highly preferred
* Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
* Relevant certifications (. PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)
* Agile/SCRUM experience an advantage
