€120K - €130K p/a + benefits… 8% pension etc
The Company
An Irish business with around 100 employees operating across a mix of tech-enabled services and commercial partnerships. They're mid-transformation… investing in modernisation/automation, and being used by companies throughout Ireland, UK, and selected European markets.
The Role
You'll be the operational backbone of the organisation, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team. You will steer the ship on all things tech, digital transformation, operations, and data governance. It would suit someone who has delivered measurable efficiencies, overseen substantial budgets, and successfully led digital or organisational change in a complex environment. You'll have the freedom to shape strategy and refine processes while ensuring the business operates smoothly, securely, and in line with regulatory and commercial expectations.
The Person
* Senior leadership experience across multiple operational functions (Tech, Ops, Risk/Compliance, Data etc)
* Demonstrated success in digital transformation, governance, and operational improvement.
* Comfortable managing multi-million budgets and navigating diverse stakeholder groups.
* Strong people leader with experience in culture development and employee engagement.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at executive/board level and drive change.
* Commercially sharp, hands-on, adaptable, and resilient
* A postgrad or professional qualification (MBA, Finance, Governance, IT etc) is preferred.
