Account Manager:
1. Manage a high volume of accounts both new and existing.
2. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
3. Gain an understanding of our partners business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
Agency Account Manager:
4. Take responsibility for the growth and optimisation of an existing book of business, working alongside an Agency Account Manager to drive success to our High priority Digital Marketing Agencies.
5. Manage an ever-growing book of Business to achieve a revenue target Quarter after Quarter by using Pinterest's core products as leverage for growth of advertisers and brands on the platform.
6. Analyze and track performance for advertisers to provide further insight and detail to our Agency partners to show our value and support to them.
Acquisition Partner Manager:
7. Identify, research, and engage with potential new advertising partners in the German market.
8. Deliver tailored product pitches and onboarding support to help clients succeed from day one.
9. Collaborate with existing advertisers to understand their business goals and co-create effective campaign strategies.
10. Provide actionable insights to help partners maximize ROI and achieve marketing success.
Agency New Business
11. Manage and grow a portfolio of digital marketing agency relationships — both new and existing.
12. Prospect, pitch, and onboard new agencies in your market to expand their presence on the platform.
13. Support advertisers working with these agencies to optimize performance and drive ROI.
14. Retain and grow advertising revenue within your portfolio.
What you need to success in any of these roles:
15. Be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend German language
16. Preferably at least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing managing campaigns in any online ad platform
17. Experience in sales
18. Experience interfacing with clients
