Workforce Transformation Consultant

As a Workforce Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Implementing psychometric assessments for recruitment and development;
* Supporting the development of skills frameworks and profiles;
* Project management and continuous learning on various Talent Advisory topics;
* Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes;
* Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations;
* Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery;
* Participating in internal meetings and learning sessions to build your consulting skills;
* Managing client relationships to ensure continued success;
* Supporting business development activities including proposals and events;

Key requirements for this role include:
* A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle;
* MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification;
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in consultancy or professional advisory;
* Evidence of complex project management experience;
* Strong understanding of psychometrics, recruitment, and talent advisory;
* Flexibility to travel as required.
