Brightwater is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our growth in Ireland's food and wine distribution market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a daily/weekly/monthly client visit schedule to ensure consistent engagement with foodservice clients and retail multiples in Galway, Clare, and Limerick.
* Grow sales through existing and prospective customers by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and executing strategic plans.
* Organise targeted promotions within the foodservice industry to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
* Maintain and improve sales volume while adhering to margin objectives.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales decisions.
Experience/Requirements
* At least three years' experience selling into the Food/FMCG Sector with a proven track record of success.
* Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology.
* A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A full clean driving license for business travel.
