We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of large-scale residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, strong negotiation skills, and excellent financial management abilities.
The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all contract aspects, ensuring that both projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Oversee all contract management activities for the apartment and hotel construction projects.
* Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial oversight.
* Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
The position requires a Contracts Manager who can ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, legal regulations, and company policies.
Maintenance of strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
