Business Development Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in the music and entertainment sector as Business Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement internal systems and processes to drive operational excellence.
* Refine and streamline existing processes to deliver exceptional results.
* Act as first point of contact for HR/personnel issues, general staff queries, employee relations and communications.
Requirements:
* Strong business administration, organisational skills, process design, and commercial acumen.
* Proven experience in planning, administration, quality management, optimising efficiencies, and delivering continuous process improvement.
* Instinctive and energetic leadership with strong emotional intelligence.
