We are recruiting for the role of Quality Manager.
This is a full-time position based in the Kelsius Factory in Gweedore, Co.
Donegal.
Your role will involve the management of the Quality Management System at Kelsius.
This is a management role which involves the allocation of work and support to the Quality Team.
You will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish & Maintain Quality Management System in line with ISO****, ISO***** & ISO*****
Oversee Quality Control Activities.
Assume full responsibility for quality control across all areas including but not limited to the following;
Hosting external Audit
Conducting Internal Audits
Approval of Quality Documentation
Software/Hardware validation
Management of the Quality & Product Test Teams
Skills & Experience Required:
5+ years Quality Management experience
Hosting External Audits
A 3rd Level Technical Qualification in Science / Engineering
Ability to both, work of own initiative and as part of a team
A high level of accuracy & attendance to detail
Excellent Computer and Communication skills
Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
Technical Evaluation skills
Knowledge of both Salesforce and Stage Gate would be an advantage

Donegal, therefore applicants must reside in Donegal, be within commuting distance and have the right to work in Ireland.
