This is a job opportunity to work as an Employment Advisor, helping people progress into sustainable employment.
As an Employment Advisor, you will provide support and guidance to clients, enabling them to overcome barriers and build confidence. You will also deliver training workshops covering various subjects like CV writing and online job searching.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, gained from sales, recruitment or hospitality background, or experience working in an advisory role.
You will be responsible for assessing client's needs, providing careers advice and guidance, and working with them to create a personal progression plan.
You will also explore learning and work opportunities, acting as an intermediary with local employers, and meet with clients regularly to review their progress.
The ideal candidate should have a positive approach to problem solving, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multi-task and organise workload.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate standard (as a minimum). A third level degree is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
* Minimum of one year experience in a recruitment, sales, training and/or customer facing role.
* Experience of working in a target orientated environment.
