* Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
* Manage spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide information about spa services, promotions, and packages.
* Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
* Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
