Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Sales Development Representative
to generate qualified leads and support the sales team. You will identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and set up meetings for the account executives.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential leads and target accounts
* Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Schedule meetings and demos for sales executives
* Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
* Track KPIs and report progress
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 0–2 years of sales or business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
* Good English communication

* Experience with CRM and sales tools
* Knowledge of SaaS, tech, or B2B sales
