With an impressive client portfolio across the UK and Ireland, they deliver high‑quality projects in Health, Education, Industrial, Leisure, and Commercial sectors. This role is based in their Belfast office, with occasional travel to other offices as required.Your new roleAs part of the Digital Construction team, you will work across a range of sectors and take ownership of your own projects.Key responsibilities include:Developing BIM models and reports to company standardsProducing GA drawings and detailed sheetsCreating builders works schedules and associated drawings3D modelling of prefabricated and modular solutionsStaying up to date with industry best practice for BIM and Revit MEPCarrying out M&E design work using Revit MEP and NavisworksProducing detailed 3D working drawings and scheme layoutsManaging system clashes through Navisworks ManageDeveloping 3D coordinated services and structural layoutsProducing 2D/3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and detailsEnsuring compliance with BIM Level 2 and COBie data requirementsWhat you'll need to succeed Strong experience in design, drafting, engineering, or BIM productionProficiency in Revit MEPExperience using Navisworks Manage and conducting clash detectionStrong accuracy and attention to detailExperience with BIM 360 and Autodesk DocsExperience with Fabrication MEP/CADDuct is beneficial but not essentialWhat you'll get in returnThis is a superb opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading M&E contractors.
