A leading Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale accommodation project in West Dublin.
This is a key role within a highly respected company delivering major developments nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management of a large accommodation project Ensuring program targets, health & safety, and quality standards are achieved Coordination of subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers Regular reporting to Project and Contracts Managers Managing site logistics, materials, and equipment Maintaining accurate site records and documentation Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role (main contractor preferred) Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale residential or accommodation projects Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Full drivers licence Package: Salary: €85K €95K (DOE) Company Vehicle Performance Bonuses Pension Scheme Excellent Career Progression Opportunities Apply Now: Send your CV or contact Jack Owens for a confidential chat.
