Key Responsibilities:
* Lead operations across Health & Safety, Production, Quality, and Logistics, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
* Manage production, inventory, fleet, and facility maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership in concrete production or related construction sectors, logistics, and personnel management.
* Operations and batching plants both sides of the M50, Meath, Kildare & Wicklow.
