Job Description:
The role will support strategic HR delivery alongside specialist centres of excellence, advising and supporting on all HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, and organisational design.
You will work closely with the business to implement people strategies and plans, supporting the overall UK&I People strategy. Regular site presence will provide operational HR support and gather cultural insights to inform strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support on all HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, and organisational design.
* Support key negotiations with trade unions on employee relations issues.
* Support managers with recruitment and HR-related tasks.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, investigate root causes, and develop evidence-based solutions.
Requirements:
* Degree Qualified in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards).
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in HR advisory/assistant business partner roles.
* Experience in applying employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent communication/influencing skills.
